Siddharth Chakravorty is a highly skilled Research Scientist with a strong background in Computer Science. In this role, Siddharth has developed shell and python scripts to facilitate experiments for 5G network performance analysis and measurements. He has also supported and carried out experiments to gather 5G mm wave performance data in Boston. Prior to his current role, Siddharth worked as a Technical Consulting Engineer at Cisco, where he took ownership of multiple critical outages in their clusters while collaborating cross-functionally with other teams. He also collaborated to develop ServiceNow dashboards to indicate KPIs for ticket resolution, which increased team efficiency by nearly 20% and earned him recognition. Additionally, Siddharth led an automation initiative for new hire onboarding on LDAP servers in their cluster and mentored new hires for process and technical trainings. Siddharth's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM University and a CBSE degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Physical Education from DAV Public School, Airoli.
