Siddharth Garg is a highly motivated and self-driven Software Development Manager at Amazon with over 5 years of relevant experience. He has a proven track record in designing and developing multiple Tier1 and Tier2 services for different teams at Amazon. In his first team at Amazon, Siddharth worked on sharing customer address intelligence across delivery systems to reduce package delivery cost/time/failed attempts. He is currently leading a team of 6 engineers in providing a platform to sellers worldwide to choose/purchase the best shipping service from multiple carriers and also be tax compliant. Siddharth is a versatile Software Engineer with expertise in AWS, Elastic Search, Java, ML, PHP, Image Processing, test, MySQL, NoSQL, Search, Backend, and Web. He has worked on building fast and scalable systems with a responsibility of ensuring the best delivery experience for Amazon's customers across the globe. Siddharth is an excellent mentor and has mentored interns and SDE-Is in his team. He is also a "Bar Raiser" at Amazon and is found interviewing potential Amazonians. Siddharth holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. He completed his high school education from Birla High School - Kolkata and Delhi Public School - Newtown Kolkata.
