Siddharth Jindal is a founding member of LimeChat, a conversational commerce platform, where he currently serves as a Product Manager. He is a generalist with a passion for deep learning and its application in solving real-world problems. Siddharth has a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. During his four years at IITK, Siddharth explored and expanded his horizons beyond the academic domain, venturing into sports and management. He is an avid fitness enthusiast, a regular at the gym, and played basketball for almost a year, starting from being a beginner to playing for his team at Udghosh, IIT Kanpur's sports festival. He was an elected representative of his hostel, looking after the mess for 600 students and directly managing over 60 workers. At LimeChat, Siddharth is leading the development of flagship products, including WhatsApp re-marketing system, Click to WhatsApp ads, and Level-3 AI chatbot. He has advanced the chatbot to achieve over 70% automation across 15+ clients. He has designed KPIs to measure bot performance across engagement, sales, and customer experience. As an NLP software developer at LimeChat, Siddharth led a team of three engineers to successfully develop a fully working D2C focused, hyper-customizable, Level 3 AI chatbot that is now being used across 30+ Indian brands, including MamaEarth, Wow Skin Science, and The Man Company. He built the initial ML pipeline, backend integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Logistics), and core chatbot flows (product discovery & purchase, order tracking). Siddharth also has experience working as a Data Scientist at Knowdis Data Science. He has a diverse tech stack that includes product management, AI, deep learning, NLP, software engineering, ML, backend development, and research science. With 2.86 years of relevant experience, Siddharth is a valuable asset to any team he works with.
