Siddharth Kolagatla is a Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in the field of B2B SaaS. He is currently pursuing his Master of Management degree at the Schulich School of Business, Toronto, Canada, with a focus on improving his skills in team management, stakeholder management, critical thinking, analytical skills, and leadership skills. In his previous role at West Agile Labs, Siddharth led a cross-functional team to build digital products for clients. He has experience in product vision, product roadmap, product backlog grooming and prioritization, project delivery, requirement gathering and analysis, documenting user stories, creating UML diagrams, and performing user acceptance testing (UAT). Currently, Siddharth is working as a Product Manager at West Agile Labs, where he is the youngest product manager to lead a team of 11 members in designing, developing, and launching B2B SaaS products for clients. He has developed product roadmaps and PRDs aligning with client's long-term growth strategy, worked with tech teams to integrate Stripe payments, Docusign, and other such products, collaborated with the UX team to optimize designs using design thinking frameworks, and performed UAT testing.
