Siddharth Malladi is an aspiring software engineer with experience in front-end development and a product management enthusiast. He is currently working as a web developer at Chlorofylm Pictures Private Limited, where he has worked on crucial, performance-critical app improvements by updating and developing newer features. He has also designed and implemented a mobile app interface with NFC support for employee log-in and introduced new agile methodologies like KanBan and Scrum of Scrums to the team of 15, increasing productivity by 39% in the last quarter. Siddharth has previously worked as a React Native Developer at Spaarks and as a Product Manager/Business Analyst at Raftlabs. At Raftlabs, he created and updated documentation for project management processes and business flow, communicated directly with cross-functional teams to provide information on key performance indicators, and continuously innovated by staying abreast of and bringing recommendations on the latest tools and techniques. He also worked closely with the CEO, engineering team, and marketing team, onboarded new customers into the product platform, and acted as a functional tester using various tools like Atlassian (Jira), Balsamiq, Strapi.io, etc. Siddharth is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Clemson University, where he is also a teaching assistant. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JNTUH in 2022 and his High School Diploma from Bhashyam High School in 2014. Siddharth is proficient in web development, product management, software engineering, front-end development, mobile development, Swift, React Native, and research science. He is looking for summer internships in 2023 and research opportunities that would help him further develop his individual knowledge, skills, and experience.
