Siddharth Sangwan is a Managing Director and Head of Talent Strategy at Lightspeed India, where he advises founders on building world-class teams and everything it takes to build a high-performing company. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Siddharth is responsible for working with founders to build a point of view around talent, helping Lightspeed's portfolio around organization structuring, assessment, coaching, hiring partner network, CxO talent, and the critical many. Previously, Siddharth was responsible for the Executive Search business for the Technology Practice with Korn Ferry, where he helped clients around their talent strategy and attracting the best executive talent for key roles that define the next era of growth for clients. He has worked closely with technology firms cutting through software, services, systems & devices, telecom, internet/fintech firms, semiconductor & GIC's, consulting clients on their growth strategy and their readiness around talent. Siddharth has also led and managed the B2B Enterprise solution sales for Korn Ferry Futurestep (RPO) across industry sectors, leading the "Go To Market" initiative inclusive of pre-sales & solutioning. He has expertise in running the entire lifecycle of recruitments, leadership searches, sourcing to selection & finally on-boarding, and has worked with some of the most visible brands across the globe as well as start-ups. Siddharth's specialties include sales, business development, senior stakeholder management, executive leadership hiring across investment banking, captive offshored units, BPO's, KPO's, LPO's, IT product development & service companies, shared service centers, design centers, e-learning & publishing, manufacturing, BFSI, CPG, retail, oil & gas, energy, pharma, telecommunications, and e-commerce.
