Siddharth Singhal is a Deputy Manager at State Bank of India, India's largest bank. He has over 6 years of relevant experience in commercial credit analysis, risk management, and tech banking. Siddharth began his career at SBI with a three-week training at the State Bank Learning Center, Indore, covering various aspects of retail banking. He got his first posting at Small and Medium Enterprises Branch, Chhatarpur, in January 2018. There he acquired hands-on experience in SME financing methodology of working capital and term loan assessment, non-fund based exposure handling, and balance sheet analysis. Later, he was transferred to Main Branch, Chhatarpur, where he handled promotion of digital products and personal segment marketing while learning about government business operations. Siddharth disbursed 120 pre-sanctioned digital loans worth 2 crores in total in a three-week campaign, making the branch circle topper. He was then transferred to Katangi branch, Jabalpur, for a rural assignment where he managed the role of Field Officer, handling agri and P segment advances. Siddharth was felicitated by RBO for his performance in distress credit sanction campaign during the Covid-19 lockdown. Siddharth served as a field officer at Badarwas branch for 2.5 years handling P, agri, and SME segment total advance portfolio of 46 crores which grew to 65 crore in his tenure. He received multiple felicitations from RBO. Presently, he is posted as a Business Analyst at Corporate Centre Mumbai. Prior to joining SBI, Siddharth worked as a full-stack developer at Tokopedia and as an Associate Software Programmer at Indiamart. He has experience working with various technologies such as Golang, Amazon DynamoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, Redis queuing, etc. and found the most efficient ways to integrate them into the new Golang architecture. Siddharth holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, completed in 2016, and an Intermediate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Dewan Public School, completed in 2012.
