Siddharth Somasundaram is an experienced leader with over 14 years of cross-functional experience in delivering results. He is specialized in business intelligence, data science, data engineering, business analytics, data visualization, data quality, data storytelling, business analysis, program and product management. Siddharth is excited and motivated when assigned responsibility for new and complex projects & programs, first-of-a-kind projects, or opportunities where new services delivery models are required to address challenging management problems. Currently, Siddharth is working as a Data Excellence Lead at Shell, where he is leading and managing ETL projects from source systems to the cloud for customer operations use cases. Siddharth has framed and driven data cleanse projects, fixing lakes with the help of support teams in FO and IT, and rivers with the help of global process owners. He has designed and deployed digital solutions globally for customer operations KPI’s/metrics within the Global Lubricants business. Siddharth has also led engagements with IT, MICOE, Data Science, Solution Architect, Data Owner and MI Teams to deliver integrated, sustainable, and innovative solutions for management/business information. He has led a team of 8, working on business analysis, automation, simplification, dashboards, and reporting. Siddharth has delivered 47 projects/initiatives resulting in >$25m in revenue enablement and cost optimization, 15K hours saved (8.58 FTE), $25,000 in L1 savings, and reduction of 100+ reports.
