His role involved understanding the complete dynamics of remote/on-site operations from SOW, project implementation, strategy making, future scoping, and handling day-to-day operations. As a Principal SQA Specialist/Technical Lead, Siddhartha was involved with the R&D teams in the capacity of an Agile Scrum Master role, overseeing the existing quality process, and ensuring that it was robust and efficient. Siddhartha holds a Master's degree in Computer Application from Symbiosis and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College. He has also attended user world conferences in Zurich and visited various customer sites in Germany and the USA. Siddhartha's tech stack includes Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. He is an expert in managed services, consulting, global service delivery, IT operations, and IT service management. Siddhartha is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
