Siddhartha Borgohain is a highly experienced IT professional with over 20 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, he serves as the Business Owner (Critical Accounts) for Global Managed Services at Veritas. In this role, Siddhartha is responsible for the global Managed Services Business from strategy to operations. He focuses on operational excellence, optimizing service operations, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that business objectives are aligned with service capabilities. Siddhartha is accountable for road map planning, critical escalations, and establishing direct relationships with customer executive sponsors and leadership. Before joining Veritas, Siddhartha worked at BMC Software as a Senior Consultant Managed Services and Principal SQA Specialist/Technical Lead. As a Senior Consultant, he had a strong technical background in BMC products including Business Service Management, ITSM, Atrium, Remedy, and SDE. His role involved understanding the complete dynamics of remote/on-site operations from SOW, project implementation, strategy making, future scoping, and handling day-to-day operations. As a Principal SQA Specialist/Technical Lead, Siddhartha was involved with the R&D teams in the capacity of an Agile Scrum Master role, overseeing the existing quality process, and ensuring that it was robust and efficient. Siddhartha holds a Master's degree in Computer Application from Symbiosis and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College. He has also attended user world conferences in Zurich and visited various customer sites in Germany and the USA. Siddhartha's tech stack includes Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. He is an expert in managed services, consulting, global service delivery, IT operations, and IT service management. Siddhartha is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
