Siddhartha Chakraborti is an accomplished Associate Director Product at BYJU'S with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field of Edtech. He is currently leading the Engagement product vertical for Byjus Tution Centers, where he has built experiences for learners. Siddhartha has a strong background in product management and has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry. Prior to joining BYJU'S, Siddhartha worked as a Product Manager at Shopclues, where he was responsible for managing customer logistics for one year. He has also worked with Upgrad as a Product Manager-II-Growth, and with Aakash Educational Services Limited Digital as a Product Manager. At Aakash, Siddhartha was involved in the design, development, and monitoring of all the features and metrics related to Test as a product and digital e-commerce website. He launched an Aakash CBT App for classroom online Test taking, implemented Single sign-on across all Aakash platforms, and launched a fully functional e-commerce website with instant course activation, reducing the previous TAT of 2 days. He also led Salesforce and automation initiatives, including Field sales automation and Ticketing Portal deployment. Siddhartha holds an MBA in International Business from IIFT and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur. He also completed his high school education from Delhi Public School and DAV Public School Barora, Dhanbad. Siddhartha has a strong tech stack that includes skills in product management, test, Android, Salesforce, web, and senior software engineering.
