Siddhartha Gowtham is a highly experienced QA Architect with over 15 years of blended experience in delivery, working with nearly 50+ prospects across US, UK, and Asia Pacific. He has helped customers with effective practices/methodologies to grow end-to-end through technology, tools, governance, and processes with key specialties and gatekeeping the product development life cycle at various stages. Siddhartha is an expert in organizing teams and assisting them to accomplish their tasks to meet deadlines on time. He has a good caliber of understanding and explaining the requirements of the project and tracking the progress of project development. He has experience working on both Agile Test Methodology and Waterfall methodology, and he has comprehensive test management skills, including plans, strategy, and execution. As a Lead/Scrum master, Siddhartha is responsible for end-to-end project/product rollouts in both traditional and agile development methodologies. He is skilled in sprint planning, conducting Scrum of Scrums, removing impediments on time, managing tools for timely updates and creation of progress reports using Burn down charts, facilitating with the technical teams with size and effort estimate, stakeholder management, quality assurance, and quality planning, communication management, project monitoring and tracking, risk management, UAT facilitation, release planning, and production rollout. Siddhartha is also skilled in defining, collecting, and evaluating the quality and organizational metrics. He can handle multiple tasks independently or in a team and has a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. He has gained expertise in software product testing and web application testing and has further moved to gain experience in business analysis and production support. Both of these roles have enriched his skills to interact with customers and sharpen his focus on customer usability and requirements. Siddhartha has worked with several companies, including Cigniti Technologies, where he functioned as a Test Lead in managing manual test teams both at onsite and offshore and estimation planning of resources in the team based on the scope of work. He has also worked with CipherCloud, where he was a Sr. Software Engineer QA working on Cloud Applications - Box, Sales force, EXO, and also related Mobile Apps for the Cloud Applications. Siddhartha holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from RIT and has also completed M.P.C from Narayana Jr. College and Pragathi.
