Siddhartha Mitra is a seasoned Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience in IT and consulting, primarily in the Salesforce ecosystem. He has consistently delivered successful projects for customers and in-house business units across different geographical locations globally. His expertise lies in major digital transformation programs and he is currently working as a Solution Architect at Salesforce.com. Prior to his current role, Siddhartha worked as a Salesforce Architect and Engineering Lead at Bajaj Finserv Health, where he was responsible for driving business and design initiatives involving Salesforce Industries (previously Vlocity). He worked closely with different business units, product, sales, and technological teams, as well as in-house and vendor development teams. He also doubled up as a product owner for specific functions. Siddhartha has worked in diverse domains, including telecommunications, retail (consumer electronics), logistics (agency shipping services), energy & utilities, and more recently, healthcare and insurance. He started his career as a Salesforce Developer and Tech Lead, with a brief stint as a Java developer. Siddhartha's varied experiences have helped him develop strong stakeholder-facing and analytical/problem-solving skills. He is a quick learner and has the ability to absorb and adapt quickly. He aspires to consistently harness the ever-growing spectrum of the Salesforce.com ecosystem to help businesses effectively strategize and accelerate their overall growth and operational efficiencies, benefiting the end customers and users significantly. Siddhartha has a BTech in Computer Science Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology and completed his elementary, middle, and high school education from DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Ranchi.
