He is a thought leader with over 10 years of global exposure in Solution Architecture, Product Development, Presales, and Delivery Management for multi-million-dollar deals for USA, Europe, Middle East, Caribbean, and Asia customers for fortune 500 organizations. Sidhartha has managed various Project/Program management level responsibilities both for Agile and Waterfall model including managing time, scope, budget, risk, and quality along with cross boundary collaboration, executive level communication, and stakeholder management across multiple engagements and geographies. Currently, Sidhartha is working as a Project Delivery Leader (Pega GTM) at Pegasystems. Previously, he was associated with Microsoft for more than a decade, where he worked as a Senior Delivery Portfolio Manager with Microsoft Consulting Services, Data and AI Team. He has also worked as a Senior Delivery Project Manager II & Agile Coach, Data & AI at Microsoft. Sidhartha has a Diploma in Advance Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, Hyderabad, a B.E (Hons) in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, and completed his schooling from Campus School.
