Sijo John is an experienced Program Manager with 7.85 years of experience in Automotive and Healthcare domains. He has led teams on Project engineering and Operations, New product Introductions, Product line management, and Solution design. Sijo has spearheaded technology transfer of Precision Engineering product from Europe and established operations, QMS, and Supply chain in India in similar lines to European Ecosystem. He has managed the global supply chain and led supplier and customer interactions for the precision product. As Program Manager in Avtec - CK Birla Group, Sijo led the Engineering, Manufacturing, and supply chain of NPI, where he led extensive interactions with customers across geographies and Industries. He has worked with sales and marketing teams for developing export leads in the US as part of CEO Circle projects. Sijo has imparted vital insights into various disciplines of the Value Chain, Supply Chain Processes, Cost analysis, Partner Development, and Strategic Sourcing. In General Electric, Sijo led the development of Automation systems as part of NPI's, Productivity improvement along with embedded software development. He led several lean action work-outs for process and machine design. The product improvement projects led to improvement in Overall efficiency, Inventory Reduction, Improvement in product quality by Lean Six sigma approach. Sijo has developed a product strategy for an award-winning AI-based healthcare product as a part of a live project in IIMB. He holds an MBA from IIM, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors Thesis Student in Combustion Science from IISc. Sijo's tech stack includes AI, Software Engineering, and Product Design. Currently, he is working as a Program Lead at Atom360. Sijo's past experiences include working as a Project Leader, Advanced Technology at General Electric and Program Manager at AVTEC Limited, CK Birla Group.
