Sikha Agrawalla is a highly accomplished HR Manager with over 11 years of experience in people management, talent acquisition, onboarding, experience, program management, L&D initiatives, internal recruitment, performance management, training & development, and HR generalist. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, where she was a gold medalist and state topper. Currently, Sikha is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Zetwerk, where she leads multiple central projects and is responsible for strategic hiring. Prior to this, she was associated with Paytm as DGM- HR, where she was the regional SPOC for all hiring (tech + non-tech) and project lead on various recruitment & retention related initiatives. She also streamlined the entire hiring process by detailing out process document at each step and prepared & implemented a post-offer engagement plan pan India for all entities of Paytm. Sikha's longest stint was with Amazon, where she wore multiple hats, the latest being leadership & strategic hiring. She has also worked with Cure.Fit as Associate Director- HR, leading corporate hiring along with onboarding and experience, and leading competency framework development & launch. Sikha is a female, married, and a mother, and is known for her organizational and multitasking skills. She is an excellent planner and has a proven track record of delivering results.
