Silky Sethi is an Executive Recruiter with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. She has worked in various HR functions such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Human Resources Operations, but her inclination towards Recruiting led her to pursue her career in this dynamic and ever-evolving function. Currently associated with ZS Associates, Silky takes pride in being part of the most talented, focused, yet fun-loving recruiting team. She enjoys finding, recruiting, and hiring professionals for the diversity of roles across levels and experts who have an incredible contribution to the growth of the firm. Silky's expertise lies in recruiting for Advanced Analytics and Data Science roles, Campus recruiting (Tier 1 E-Schools and B-Schools), Stakeholder Management, Formulating Recruiting Strategy, Employer Branding, Planning & Executing, University Hiring, etc. She is actively involved in stakeholder management, ensuring timely interactions with hiring managers, and providing frequent touchpoints on hiring progress. Silky mentors and guides team members to implement effective recruiting strategies and processes, ensuring high-level service delivery in the entire recruiting function. She strives towards being 100% process compliant, follows strict protocols during interview rounds, adheres to a systematic approach while using applicant tracking systems and other HR systems. Apart from her core role of being a recruiter and leading a team of recruiters, Silky enjoys researching and implementing technology-based recruiting processes to ensure a high return on investment in terms of cost, time, and effort for her business stakeholders, candidates, and the firm. She has successfully completed projects around introducing psychometric tests for freshers, video-based interviews, and planning various hiring hackathons to attract and hire technical talent pool into ZS. Silky holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management from Indsearch Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Pune. Her tech stack includes Data Scientist and ML. When not recruiting, Silky enjoys cooking for her loved ones, treating herself with some good music, or spending time with her two-year-old.
