She was responsible for interacting with Delivery/Account Managers to acquire and understand job specifications, devising effective sourcing strategies to acquire talent, and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Simontini also mentored team members and worked on hiring professionals from the life sciences and healthcare domain. Simontini holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University, a certification in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from IIM, and a PUC from G.C. College. She also completed her ICSE from Marshall School, Dehradun.
