He has designed web services-based solutions and integrations with Amdocs BSS components, Customer (Sprint) frontends, IVRs, and service gateways. He has also provided guidance and participated in the design of integration on Transit Encryption modules, EMV and P2PE solution addition, production scaling, health checks, and integrations, Paymentech, Cyber Source, Settlement Process, Migration, and Reporting. Sirish has stabilized the upgraded CES platform of USCC and designed the operational architecture of the CRM product as per the deployment needs. He has also provided guidance to the technical teams in designing the solution for the bugs that are creating a high number of issues in production. He has worked on several projects at Amdocs, including Enterprise Payment Platform: (Metro PCS), Sprint/Nextel - Billing system migration to new CRM, and Apply Back Solution: (Sprint CRM).
