Sita Lakshmi Sangameswaran is a highly experienced Developer Relations Engineer III, currently working with Google. With a focus on DPE, Security & Privacy, she is an expert in Software Development, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Sita's career began with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, which she completed in 2017. During her studies, she also completed a Bachelor's Thesis in Software Development from Ryerson University. Sita's professional experience spans over 6 years, during which she has worked with top organizations like Zoho and Ryerson University Data Science Society. At Zoho, Sita worked as a Machine Learning Engineer - ZLabs R&D, where she worked on Evolutionary algorithm and Cybersecurity-focused ML algorithms for multiple use cases such as Phishing detection, Intrusion detection, Image compression, dynamic content generation, etc. Before joining Zoho, Sita worked as a Research Assistant at Ryerson University Data Science Society, where she completed her final semester project on Software Quality Analysis. Her work included extending the development of the tool and visualization. Currently, Sita is working as a Software Engineer - Developer Programs (Security & Privacy) at Google. She is responsible for developing programs that focus on security and privacy for developers. Sita has a strong technical background and is skilled in Software Engineering, ML, and Research Science. She is a quick learner and passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in her field. Sita is an excellent team player and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
