Sitaram Shelke is a passionate Lead Site Reliability Engineer at One2N, with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. He is dedicated to helping rapidly growing product companies scale their infrastructure to match their users' expectations. Sitaram has a strong background in coding and open source contributions, and enjoys reading and writing blogs and networking with like-minded people. He is also responsible for designing, architecting new services, and scaling up existing ones at One2N. Prior to this, Sitaram worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Altizon, where he was the primary owner for the entire infrastructure running inside Docker containers on AWS. He handled 20+ microservices, including databases, caches, event bus, and web apps, and was responsible for adding tooling and enabling developers to debug issues and performance in production. He also set up infrastructure monitoring and customer usage tracking using ELK and Elastalert. Moreover, Sitaram was part of the two-person team responsible for cloud migration of 30+ services from Azure to AWS with zero downtime for event ingestion, and later optimized the stack. He added new features to the existing core product, implemented PoC, and created new products from scratch, adding new verticals to the existing core business. He built CMS with Github integration, which allows no-restart deployments for the ReactJS code. Additionally, he delivered IoT hands-on workshops to students and faculties of premier colleges in India. Sitaram holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology and completed his HSC in Computer Science from Shri Shivaji College of Arts, Science, Commerce, Akola. His tech stack includes SRE, Software Engineer, Infra, AWS, ReactJS, Docker, Microservices, Azure, Integration, and Web.
