He has also learned how to be a business manager and people manager, as well as how to run a global business. Sitarama has taken on leadership roles in large service organizations and has traveled all over the world, meeting lots of people and customers. He has a passion for helping passionate youngsters pursue their amazing dreams and has set up Candela Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. to do just that. Sitarama has a strong educational background with an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University. He is skilled in product management and software engineering and has over 20 years of relevant experience in the industry.
