With over four years of relevant experience, Siv has a proven track record of analyzing market trends and community needs to develop highly effective communication plans that align with the company's business priorities and initiatives. Currently, Siv is working as a Community Manager at OG Club DAO, where he is responsible for managing and engaging the community, planning new initiatives, branding, social media, and content creation. Prior to this, Siv worked as a Developer Relations at Microsoft and a Community Manager at Masai School, where he built a community of aspirant developers across India from scratch and engaged with them through focused activities like webinars, workshops, and contests. Siv holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Siksha O Anusandhan University and completed his high school education in Science from Sainik School Bhubaneswar. He is proficient in Web3 and DAO and has a deep understanding of the 21st-century career-focused coding school ecosystem. As a Community-led-Growth Enthusiast, Siv is committed to building Web3 ecosystems for founders and creating micro-communities of aspiring developers.
