Siva Ganesh Kumar is a seasoned Software System Architect, Trainer, and design enthusiast with a passion for state-of-the-art technology. With over 12 years of experience in product, technical, and leadership roles across Consumer, Small Business, and Enterprise segments, he is currently the Head of Technology & Innovation at Siemens. Siva's expertise lies in developing software solutions across web, windows, mobile, and cloud platforms. He believes in building a multi-dimensional career and has experience with client interaction and team management across various project phases, including strategy-roadmap definition, business-technical requirements identification, governance, platform architecture, solution design, configuration, development, quality assurance, training, post-production support, team lead, and overall project delivery. As the Head of Architect for the T&I umbrella under EP(India) at Siemens, Siva is responsible for building solutions(Cloud-IoT-Mobile) for various customer use cases spanning across EP. He collaborates cross-functionally with the product team and sales team to perform industry research and build project roadmaps for solution delivery. Siva's past experiences include working as a Software System Architect and Product Architect at Siemens, where he was responsible for designing solutions for enabling Energy monitoring in cloud, creating DevOps architecture, and bringing in a 3-Day release cycle within the system. He has also provided various demos to stakeholders over topics such as "Upgrade the Switchgears to Cloud Platform" and "Digital Twin," adding value to the business. Siva holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from Sathyabama University, an MBA in HR & Finance from IGNOU, and postgraduate degrees in Actuarial Science from Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute, Cloud Computing from GLIM, and Artificial Intelligence from IISC. He is currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Data Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Siva's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, Research Scientist, QA, and Web. He is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who ensures the best outcome through a focus on information architecture and user experience.
