Siva Mohan Reddy Vennapusa is a Junior Software Engineer at Cognizant with a specialization in Java development. With 1.18 years of relevant experience, Siva has been working on bug fixes and enhancements in the L2 delivery team. He is responsible for triaging the assigned incidents and Jira stories, performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and solutioning for the incident. He is also responsible for proposing an appropriate solution for the bug and participating in the release process and performing validations. Siva documents the process and gives KT to freshers into the team. He is also the BCM Coordinator for the project. Siva completed his Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians from Madanpalle Institute of Technology and Science in 2020. Prior to that, he completed his Intermediate from Sri Chaitanya Junior Kalasala, Tirupathi in 2016 and his High School from Sri Saraswathi High School in 2014.
