Siva Lenka is an experienced firmware development engineer currently working as an Engineer for SSD Firmware at Micron Technology. With over 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, Siva has a demonstrated history of working in Telecommunications and Industrial Automation. He is skilled in C, C++, Python, Linux, Shell Scripting, Firmware, Front-end Development for NAND Flash Chips, NVM Express over PCIe, RTOS, problem-solving, JTAG Debuggers/Emulators, and Hardware Debugging using test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Multi-meters. Siva is a strong engineering professional with a Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics and VLSI Design) from IIT Madras. He has worked with various companies in the past, including Cognizant as an Embedded Software Engineer and DRDO as a Summer Intern. During his internship at DRDO, Siva designed a model for Hydrophone using micro bend sensing technology for low-frequency applications. The hydrophone has been optimized to give maximum sensitivity while maintaining a flat response below 2.96 kHz.
