Sivakumar Sankar is a highly experienced software development professional with over 21 years of experience in architecting advanced solutions using various hardware and software products. He is currently the President and CEO of eSUNTech Canada Inc, where he has successfully designed and developed many advanced solutions using mobile, RFID, m2m, and IIoT technologies. Sivakumar has a strong background in process control and industrial automation applications, having spent 15+ years working in industries such as cement, chemical, petrochemical, power, pulp & paper, and steel. He also has 8+ years of experience in mobile software solutions for applications in verticals such as manufacturing, warehouse and distribution management, electric utilities, and healthcare. At eSUNTech, Sivakumar has developed new RFID solutions for emergency healthcare and asset tracking, as well as asset tracking solutions for process plants. He is focused on positioning eSUNTech as a technology leader in offering niche solutions and has established a good channel network in the US, Canada, Brazil, India, and Malaysia, comprising of sales reps, business partners, and VAR partners to offer eSUNTech's solutions to end clients. Sivakumar is currently launching an advanced application suite called XCELsmartbuild that can be used in monitoring and managing big construction projects and renewable energy projects with wind farms, solar farms, etc. XCELsmartbuild offers tremendous benefits during the project construction phase as well as the operation and maintenance phase. Sivakumar has founded and served as the President of eSUNTech Inc, offering software solutions using mobile and wireless technologies. He has also served as the Vice President of Engineering Systems and Solutions Inc, where he created a new group for offering software solutions for energy management and process automation applications. Sivakumar holds an M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT and a BE Honors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology. He is highly skilled in mobile and software engineering and has relevant experience of 36.62 years.
