Sivananda H. is a highly experienced technology leader and full-stack enterprise architect with over 15 years of relevant experience. He is highly skilled in technology leadership and mentorship, IT strategy and strategic planning, enterprise architecture, software architecture, problem-solving, and polyglot/full-stack development and solution architecture. He is also proficient in microservices and APIs, application security, middleware integrations, end-to-end technology ownership, planning and technical strategy, meaningful insights, data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence, QA/QE, CI/CD, DevOps, DevTestOps, and DevSecOps, automation and digital transformation, containers and virtualization, cloud computing and SaaS applications, IoT, and big data. Sivananda is currently the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Rubrik, where he leads, influences, strategizes, and owns horizontal enterprise architecture for sizing and RCF platforms, custom apps, enterprise SaaS apps, data and advanced analytics, technology operations, IT infrastructure, and corporate IT. He chairs a few critical cadences such as the Architecture Review Council (ARC) and Change Advisory Board (CAB). Before joining Rubrik, Sivananda held various roles at UL, GE, Oracle, IBM, and VMware, where he played a crucial role in engineering leadership, software architecture, and solutions architecture. He was the head of engineering at UL and led, architected, and built various IMS products from India for local and global markets. At GE, he was responsible for engineering leadership to Digital Thread and built SaaS-based applications on the Predix IIoT platform. Sivananda holds an M.Tech. in Software Systems with a specialization in Data Analytics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an Advanced Computer Security Certificate from Stanford University. He also has a certificate in Creating Successful New Products from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Sivananda's tech stack includes senior software engineering, QA, CI/CD, DevOps, parts-of-speech, big data, test, ML, microservices, infra, data scientist, research scientist, UI, frontend, and backend.
