Sivaprakash has implemented the use of Microsoft office tools, improving the rate of check-in and check-out processes by 70%. Sivaprakash has previously worked as a Grab Driver, where he drove clients daily to their desired destination, collected payments, and issued receipts. He also ensured that car seats were clean, promising a comfortable ride to the client's location. He has also worked as a Platoon Commander at Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). Sivaprakash holds a BSc with Honours in Air Transport Management from Singapore Institute of Technology, where he is expected to graduate in December 2022. He also holds a Diploma of Education in Civil Aviation from Republic Polytechnic and a Higher Nitec in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from ITE College West. He completed his 'O' Level from Hong Kah Secondary School. Sivaprakash is proficient in Javascript, ReactJS, and React Native, making him a valuable asset in the tech industry.
