Sivasubramanian Renganathan is an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist with over a decade of experience in the field of Software Product Development and Services. Currently working as Talent Acquisition at halodoc, he has an extensive background in end-to-end recruitment, having designed, authored, and implemented recruitment processes for various organizations. Sivasubramanian's expertise lies in social media hiring, excellent networking, and stakeholder management skills. He has also conducted Drives and Walk-ins, which have helped him in identifying the right talent for the organization. Prior to his current role, Sivasubramanian worked as an Assistant Manager Recruitment at ephicacy, where he handled complete talent acquisition for the product development team and expanded it to different verticals. He also set up development teams, testing teams, DevOps teams, services teams, and support teams. As a part of the admin team, he handled purchase management, asset management, and vendor management.
