As the Sales Enablement - Proposal Management lead at Accenture, Smitha is responsible for driving the sales enablement strategy and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively engage with clients and win new business. Her expertise in developing and managing proposals has helped Accenture to win several high-value deals in the telecom industry. Prior to joining Accenture, Smitha worked with Infosys for several years, where she served as a Bid Manager and Client Solution Lead. During her tenure at Infosys, she was responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, from proposal development to delivery, and played a key role in driving the company's growth in the telecom sector. Smitha holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University, where she graduated in 2002.
