With over 8 years of relevant experience, Smiti started her career as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where she worked on various projects related to SQL and Azure. After gaining valuable experience, Smiti decided to switch to a more challenging role and co-founded Advantage Club, where she wears multiple hats, including Business Development, Marketing, Hiring, Content, and Customer Relations. Smiti is a people person and loves making new connections. She believes that real business associations are a combination of business synergy plus friendships. Under her leadership, Advantage Club has transformed into a multi-million dollar venture, serving 370+ companies across 60+ countries. Smiti is responsible for running business development and marketing at Advantage Club. Smiti holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. She also attended Y Combinator's S21 batch in 2021. Smiti's tech stack includes SQL, Azure, and Software Engineering.
