Smriti Gupta is a GDPR certified Senior Recruitment Specialist with a passion for IT recruitment. With over 6 years of experience in teaching B.tech and M.tech students, Smriti has recently transitioned to the recruitment industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She has been recruiting IT professionals in nearly every domain, including backend, frontend, full-stack, banking domain, android, database, product manager, business analyst, and more. Smriti is a hard worker and a free spirit, always willing to learn new skills and give new ideas a shot. Her outgoing personality and determination make her a strong asset to any team. She is friendly, soft-spoken, and cooperative, always putting her best foot forward in times of scarcity. Currently working at People Impact, Smriti has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at the same company and as an Assistant Professor at MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore, India. She holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Structural Engineering from MNNIT, Allahabad, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from College of Technology, GBPUAT, Pantnagar.
