I’m an HR professional with 6+ years of experience, currently leading the HR function at a fast-growing startup where I manage a small team of two HR Executives. Together, we’ve built the entire HR setup from the ground up—hiring across functions, implementing key policies, driving engagement initiatives, and aligning people practices with business needs. In my role, I work closely with founders and leadership to ensure that HR strategies support overall business goals. From resolving employee concerns and leading cultural initiatives to improving our Glassdoor rating from 1.8 to 4.8, I’ve been deeply involved in both strategic and operational aspects of HR. Now, I’m looking to bring this hands-on, people-first approach into an HR Business Partner role—where I can partner with business leaders more closely, influence decision-making, and continue building environments where people and performance thrive together.
