Smrutiranjan Gochhayat is a seasoned Manager with over 10 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He is a skilled Blockchain developer with expertise in DLT, Hyperledger Fabric, HLF Architect, Golang, Node JS, Smart contracts (chaincode), P2P, REST API, PKI, Cryptography, Docker, Docker Swarm, Linux, POSTMAN, Encryption (AES, RSA), Research, Hashing, Github, MongoDB/CouchDB, DMS, Jira, CI/CD, Confluence, Bit Bucket, Microsoft SharePoint 2013, O365, Statistics, Research, Finance, Fintech, Product development, and Agile way of working. Currently, Smrutiranjan is working as a Software Engineering Manager at Hero MotoCorp CIT Jaipur in R&D area, where he is leading the Blockchain team. He is responsible for overseeing the development of Blockchain solutions using HLF and Ethereum for the automobile and E&E-EV industry. Previously, Smrutiranjan has worked as a Junior Architect at IBM, where he was the technical lead for a Blockchain trading platform using IBP. He has also worked as a Technical Team Lead at Tech Mahindra, where he was a Blockchain SME and lead developer for a supply chain management project for State Bank of India SCFU – VIN Based Funding, which won the Economics Times BFSI Innovation Category. Smrutiranjan holds a BTech degree in ETC from Trident Academy of Technology (TAT), Bhubaneswar, and a PGDCA from Regional Institute of Computer Technology. He has also completed the ICC Foundation course in Career Guidance and Coaching from the International Certified Career Coach. With his extensive experience and expertise in Blockchain and related technologies, Smrutiranjan is a valuable asset to any organization looking to develop innovative solutions in the field of digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
