Sneh Gaur is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in the IT/ITes industry. She is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Orange Business Services, where she manages the hiring and regional HR role for Customer Service & Operations and Orange Cloud for Business. In her previous role as a Human Resources Manager at Navisite, Sneh managed HR Business Partner function, HR operations, and Learning & Development function for the Service Assurance, Cloud Operations, Client Management, Transformation services & Engineering groups. Sneh holds an HR Analytics Certification from IIM Rohtak, an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from IIM Calcutta, a Certified Rewards Professional (CRP) Program by AON Hewitt, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, and a B.A in Economics and Psychology from Delhi University.
