Sneh Gaur is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in the IT/ITes industry. She is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Orange Business Services, where she manages the hiring and regional HR role for Customer Service & Operations and Orange Cloud for Business. In her previous role as a Human Resources Manager at Navisite, Sneh managed HR Business Partner function, HR operations, and Learning & Development function for the Service Assurance, Cloud Operations, Client Management, Transformation services & Engineering groups. She enabled business on all aspects of HR spanning across capability building, talent management, employee engagement & Leadership Development. She executed the Global Reward & Recognition framework with Total Rewards Program approach for India organization. She led the Learning & Development function globally covering TNI, Training budget forecasting & driving Skill building initiatives. Additionally, she led the POSH Compliance initiatives & CSR Activities on a quarterly basis. Prior to Navisite, Sneh worked as a Deputy Manager - Human Resources at DXC Technology, where she handled employee base of 1000+ FTEs spread across financial services, Insurance, Healthcare & BPO Business Units. She acted as a catalyst in implementing change management and transformation initiatives and was instrumental in executing the HiPO program based on Lomenger's competency framework. Sneh holds an HR Analytics Certification from IIM Rohtak, an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from IIM Calcutta, a Certified Rewards Professional (CRP) Program by AON Hewitt, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, and a B.A in Economics and Psychology from Delhi University.
