Sneha Gandhi is a highly experienced Customer Engineer at Google Cloud with a strong background in Cross Asset Sales and Structuring, particularly within the UK Public Sector. With over 7 years of relevant experience, she has developed extensive financial models for new product ideas and provided analytical support to senior management for decision making. In her current role at Google, Sneha focuses on portfolio restructures for balance sheet and capital optimization, working on trade and portfolio level hedging strategies for clients while liaising with internal and external stakeholders from trade negotiations to execution. She is responsible for identifying opportunities for restructures and providing strategic guidance to senior management based on her analysis of trade and portfolio level positions. Prior to joining Google, Sneha worked at Barclays as Vice President, Strategic Sales & Structuring, Markets where she led client transactions including interest rate derivative executions and portfolio restructures. She also initiated and developed new business ideas and ran them internally as well as marketed to clients. Sneha analyzed the applicability of new strategic products such as structured asset swap, credit insurance, and financial guarantees for portfolio risk management and built bespoke excel models to validate pricing and provide recommendations to product owners. She also took full ownership of deal executions including major balance sheet optimization projects on the UK Public Sector book. Sneha holds a Master's Degree in Complex Systems Science from both Ecole Polytechnique and the University of Warwick, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. She also completed her high school education in Mathematics from D.A.V. Centenary Public School.
