Sneha Kumar is a highly experienced Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of experience in a variety of HR Generalist activities. She has a strong hold on team management, talent acquisition, managing HRIS & PEOs. She has several years of experience working with global teams and start-up environments. Currently, she is serving as the Head of HR & Operations at i3synergist, where she is responsible for establishing the Global Field Operations, managing worldwide deployments of highly skilled engineers, and heading the Global Mobility BU. She maintains a scheduling calendar on a daily basis for the deployment of staff worldwide. Prior to i3synergist, Sneha worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Orbit Technologies, where she was responsible for managing a team of 8 HR team members, talent acquisition, employee relations, company culture, leave management, payroll processing, compensation & benefits, and global field operations. She also conducted successful recruitment drives for Senior semiconductor profiles in Singapore thrice. She was also responsible for overseeing CSR activities. Sneha has also worked at IDFC Asset Management Co. Pvt. Ltd. as a Relationship Officer, where she handled all private sector banks of Chandigarh & Mohali area, activated dormant branches, and maintained cordial relationships with bankers while promoting IDFC Mutual Funds. Sneha holds a B.Com degree from Panjab University and an MBA in Finance & Human Resources from Punjab Technical University. She has relevant experience of 12.95 years.
