Sneha Mundra is an accomplished management consultant with over 4 years of experience at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in India. She has worked across several industries with a strong focus on technology. Her major projects include e-commerce strategy for leading FMCG player, digital diagnostic for leading cement player, and nation-wide store transformation for a retail major. She has also done portfolio analysis for the largest Indian conglomerate and evaluated investment viability for LCD Fabrication plant setup for a tech major. Prior to BCG, Sneha worked as a Software Development Engineer in the Kindle team at Amazon India. She was the only person from her undergrad batch in BE. I.T. to be selected for Amazon. She holds a PGDM from IIM Calcutta and a B.E in Info. Tech from Jadavpur University. Currently, Sneha works as an Associate Director for International Expansion at Hotstar. She prescribed an action plan to bridge the gender diversity gap.
