Sneha Parab is an experienced Software Engineer with a passion for frontend development. She is currently working at EPAM Systems as a Software Engineer, where she has contributed to the development of Shaadi.com's website, one of the biggest matrimonial brands. Sneha started as a frontend developer and progressed to a full-stack role, where she has shown great performance continually. She has worked with various teams and learned many team strategies that helped her in the future as a scrum master. Sneha has extensive experience in HTML, CSS, JQuery, React, NextJS, and PHP. She has worked on the project for migrating the website to React JS, which has given her a good understanding of the technology. She has also implemented GA tracking and built GA and data studio reports that help with feature performance analysis. Sneha has experience in executing AB testing features on the platform. Previously, Sneha worked as a Senior Software Engineer Frontend at NTUC Fairprice, where she contributed to the core development of the website for one of the biggest online grocery stores in Singapore. Apart from that, she handled a team of 10+ people as an acting scrum master. She was responsible for planning and timely delivery of projects each scrum and was part of the discussion with product managers for deciding scope and priority of the projects. Sneha has also worked as a Software Engineer Frontend at Visible Alpha, where she worked on a web platform for a FinTech company as a full-stack developer. Frontend was built using ReactJS, and she learned Ruby on Rails for supporting the requirement of a full-stack developer. Sneha has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor's degree from Sathaye College. She has over 11.69 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering, frontend development, ReactJS, PHP, Javascript, and Ruby.
