Sneha Patil is a Lead Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the software industry. With a background in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College, Sneha has worked in both Licensing and Healthcare domains. She has a proven ability to work efficiently in both independent and team environments. Currently, Sneha is working as a Scrum Master for a Pathology Imaging team at Leica Biosystems. Her job includes conducting all scrum ceremonies, process improvements, helping develop scrum in other teams, gathering information, and bridging the gap between product owner and development team. She also helps with project management activities, including planning, prioritizations, feature scoping, documentation, and coordination between different departments to release the project. Sneha has started working as a Project Manager for a project which includes process-related, documentation, planning, and resource allocation. In her past roles at Leica Biosystems, she has worked as a Software Design Engineer III and II, where she was involved in test execution for Functional and Integration testing as a part of the stabilization testing phase.
