Sneha Rakesh is a Senior Software Test Engineer at Mindtree with over 3.5 years of experience in software testing, both manual and automation. She has extensive experience working on software automation testing frameworks using Selenium Web Driver, Java, TestNG, BDD Cucumber, and Maven. Sneha has developed automation test scripts in Selenium WebDriver using Java based on the Cucumber Framework for reusability. She has also used GitHub, a source code management tool for code re-usage, high portability extending the scope of automation testing. Sneha has reviewed test reports using TestNG framework and prepared and executed test cases as per system requirements and user stories. She has worked with team members to develop the TEST Plan document and participated in identifying the test scenarios and designing the test cases. Sneha has also performed manual testing like functional testing and regression testing on some required modules. She has developed and executed test cases and tracked the status of projects using JIRA Test management tool. Prior to Mindtree, Sneha worked as a Software Tester at Backpacker Panda and CSPL. At Backpacker Panda, she worked on a BDD framework using Java, Cucumber, Maven, Testing, and Extent report with Testing. She was responsible for finding web elements and creating POM files, writing feature files by understanding automation stories, and analyzing test reports for failures on a daily basis. At CSPL, Sneha was involved in identifying and designing test scenarios and test cases for the module under development. Sneha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KDK colleges of engineering and completed her 12th grade in Information Technology from Maharashtra College - India. Her technical skills include test, SDET, Java, Selenium, and Web. Sneha has 4.52 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
