Sneha Sindhe is an accomplished HR professional with over 9 years of experience in leading HR efforts for various organizations. Currently, she is serving as the Associate Director - People at Scaler Academy, where she is leading a team of 7. Previously, she worked at Mech Mocha as a Senior People Strategy (Sr. HRBP) and was spearheading the complete HR function reporting directly to the founder/CEO. Prior to that, she worked at Swiggy and was leading the hiring efforts for business and technology teams. Sneha's core work mandates as a People Partner include strategizing and rolling out plans and programs with founders on employee retention, employee engagement, growth paths, and career development of employees. She has implemented HRIS end-to-end and built the core EVP (employee value proposition) and culture of Mech Mocha. She has set up the framework and implemented the 360-Degree Performance Management system at Mech Mocha and Scaler Academy. She has worked on grading and setting up compensation bands for the entire organization at Mech Mocha. She is actively engaged with managers, founders, and employees to handle grievances and leads the Talent Acquisition team, involved in end-to-end talent management from advising on sourcing strategies to offer roll-out. She has set up the framework and implemented New Employee Onboarding programs for new joiners. She regularly has one-on-one meetings with employees to understand the pulse of the organization and coordinates with the internal legal teams for statutory compliance and policy making, and with the internal finance team and external vendors for Payroll management. Sneha has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources and International Business from M.S Ramaiah Management Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Science from Reva Institute for Engineering and Technology Studies. She completed her high school education from Cluny Convent High School. She has experience working with mobile technology and has a passion for keeping employees happy, engaged, and motivated.
