Snehil Pandey is a Senior Program Manager with over 6 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently working at Spinny, an online marketplace for buying and selling used cars, where he manages the overall program and project management of the company. Prior to joining Spinny, Snehil has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry such as Cars24 and Javis. During his tenure at Cars24, Snehil was responsible for managing special projects and played a key role in the successful launch of the PLL project. He ideated the process and managed a 43-member team during the pilot phase and launched the project pan India resulting in a 2 percentage point increase in conversion. He also conceptualized the LMS product for efficient lead coverage by the associates and formulated the training module and call script for the associates. Before joining Cars24, Snehil worked with Javis, a Whatsapp-based conversational AI platform for enterprises, as an Associate Director.
