Snigdha Babbar is an Associate Consultant at Infosys with a strong background in Power BI development, business analysis, and data visualization. With over 3 years of work experience, she is proficient in data shaping with Power Query Editor, data modeling, and creating narrative dashboards using different visualizations and KPIs. Snigdha has worked on various types of transformations available in Power BI query editor and is comfortable working with filters like Visual level, page level, Report level, Drill through, and calculated columns, measures, and transformations of Edit query section in Power BI. In her current role at Infosys, Snigdha is customizing visualization tools using DAX, data integration with analytical data-streams, and proficiency in writing DAX formulae and performing ETL operations on data sets that are large and complex. She has used various sources to pull data in Power BI such as Excel, Text/CSV, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, SAP, SQL, and transformed it for Business Intelligence resulting in creating real-time Power BI dashboards. She has also implemented row-level security on data by understanding application security layer models in Power BI. Snigdha has created various Power BI reports involving a variety of features like What if slicer, Charts, Filters, Sub reports, Drill down, Drill through, Bookmarks, Custom visuals, Power Automate, Date/Time feature, etc. She has published Power BI dashboards and reports that include Azure DevOps and PowerApps services integrated in it. Snigdha has also scheduled automatic refresh and scheduling refresh in Power BI service and Power BI dashboard. She has developed Apps using Power Platform (PowerApps model and canvas-driven) and deploy them to the production environment. In her past role as a Business Analyst at IBM, Snigdha worked through all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements, development, test, and release using Agile methodologies. She analyzed and documented business processes, performed and documented data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design for large datasets using Advanced MS Excel, VBA (macros), and MS PowerPoint.
