Snigdha Gupta is an upcoming Software Engineer at Microsoft, currently serving as a Software Engineer Intern. She is a student at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, pursuing Computer Science and Design, with a batch of 2022. During her tenure at Microsoft, Snigdha has worked on the Azure Supportability Center and Azure Portal, where she coded diagnostics and documented self-troubleshoot articles. She has also explored Azure Backup databases, extracted rich insights, and built reports for CSS Engineers. Her research and analysis of product and customer reviews have been commendable. Apart from her technical expertise, Snigdha has also been an active member of the Cultural Committee at IIIT-Delhi.
