Snigdha Srivastava is an accomplished Associate Director with a strong background in building teams, systems, and processes from scratch. With over 6 years of relevant experience, she has proven success in managing large teams and improving their retention rates. As one of the first 10 employees of BigStylist, an at-home services startup, Snigdha managed 200 stylists and increased their retention rate from 30% to 60%. She also managed and procured Rs. 1.2 crore worth of inventory annually, reducing inventory cost from 24% to 17% of the topline. At JCB, a French Salon, Snigdha was responsible for setting up the at-home business and implementing policies across hiring, on-boarding, quality, and inventory. Currently, Snigdha is an Associate Director at Scrabble, where she focuses on building and managing finance and leadership teams. In her role at Infinity eServices, Snigdha designed the business process for the digital business of Panasonic, worked with the technology team to build CRM, and set up a 20-member call centre team to manage leads, drive sales, and app adoption by customers and dealers. Snigdha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Banasthali University, where she also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
