Sohail Rajdev is a highly skilled Software Engineer with a passion for developing cutting-edge technology solutions. He is currently working at Microsoft as a Software Engineer, where he is a member of the Windows Search platform team. Sohail has been instrumental in developing the backend that powers the index-based filesystem search and many other Windows components. Sohail has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from BITS Pilani. During his time there, he worked on developing and deploying websites for various administrative divisions. Before joining the Windows Search platform team, Sohail worked on the Microsoft Edge team, where he was responsible for maintaining and developing new features for the platform that supports running of extensions in Microsoft Edge. He also worked as a Software Engineering Intern on the Immersive Reader feature for the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge. Sohail's technical expertise includes software engineering, search, and backend development. He has 2.86 years of relevant experience in the field. Sohail is a highly motivated team player who enjoys working collaboratively to solve complex problems. He is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
