Soham Mehta is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. He started his career with an internship at Microsoft and later moved to a startup that unfortunately sank. However, he was soon picked up by UVP Inc., where he discovered his niche as a generalist. Soham then went on to work at eBay, where he was part of a versatile engineering team that taught him the key ingredients for a company's success. Soham's most significant learning experience came during his six-year tenure at Box, where he had an incredible time working with amazing people and learned valuable lessons that he now uses to help others level up in their careers. He founded Interview Kickstart LLC, a business that helps people improve their technical interviewing skills and uplevel their careers. He started as a pro-bono coach and has now helped train thousands of engineers. Soham is currently the Founder, Chief Product & Technology Officer of Interview Kickstart LLC. He is grateful for the hard work and sincerity of his teachers, mentors, staff, and students who continue to push the boundaries of their comfort zones every day. Soham holds a Master's degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from L.D. College of Engineering in Ahmedabad. He has worked as a Senior Software Engineer and has experience with various tech stacks.
