Soham Chatterjee is an Associate Software Engineer at Tact.ai with a strong interest in problem solving. He is a self-motivated learner who is proficient in Data Structures, Algorithms and the Django Framework. Soham is passionate about creating innovative solutions to complex problems and is always eager to learn new technologies. In his current role at tact.ai, Soham has made a log collector using XAML, WPF(Windows Presentation Framework) and C#. This log collector compresses log files into zips, chunks the zips into smaller zips of 20 MB each if they exceed the mail attachment limit and opens Outlook with the zips attached to enable the clients to mail their issue along with the logs from around that date to the Windows team. Soham's work has helped clients to easily report issues and has streamlined the process of identifying and solving problems. Prior to joining tact.ai, Soham worked as a Web Development Intern at Mithi where he made REST APIs for uploading and downloading files for the S3 bucket using pre-signed url functions. These APIs increased the upload and download limit of the Vaultistic Cold-Store bucket from 5 MB to 15 GB. Soham holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology. He is also a graduate of Don Bosco School, Park Circus, Kolkata where he completed his ICSE. Soham's technical skills include Software Engineering, AI, Web Development, and Django. He has relevant experience of 0.78 years and is always looking to expand his knowledge and skills in the field of software engineering.
