Soham Chatterjee is a data-driven Product Manager with a passion for technology. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Analytics from the University of San Francisco, California, he has experience in building highly scalable and available web applications, specializing in ERP (order, inventory, and warehouse management systems), POS, SCM solutions, and gamification of E-Learning experience. Currently, Soham is working as a Product Manager at upGrad, an e-learning platform for Post-UG competitive government exams preparation like Banking, Defense, SSC, Insurance, etc. He is responsible for defining engagement strategies, driving external product integrations, and conceptualizing and leading PD teams to develop customizable course planners. Soham has also integrated insights-led cx engagement mar-tech platforms to analyze cx behavior and delight them with personalized comms at every touchpoint across their lifecycle. Previously, Soham has worked as a Product Manager at Eyewa, the largest online eyewear store based in the MENA region. He drove ERP, POS, and SCM initiatives and spearheaded product initiatives from conceptualization to launch and iteration to build the next-gen ERP system capable of processing 10K+ orders. He also created tracking frameworks and launched Virtual Try-On, enabling the user with a personalized shopping experience on Eyewa’s web and PWA platforms. Soham has also worked as a Technical Product Manager at Cubeware GmbH, where he conceptualized and drove product and project initiatives to build the first in-kind voice-enabled BI-BOT, integrable with Skype, Slack, Telegram, Messenger, etc. platforms. He enabled graphical and tabular representation of data with filtered values, predictive analysis, and voice commands, defining User Interactions and User Experience for the same. Apart from his professional achievements, Soham enjoys scuba-diving, tennis, and has a new-found affinity for chess.
